1. Does the Purebuds work with the iPhone 3G?
The Purebuds earphones have your standard 3.5mm headphone jack in which work with all MP3 players, CD players, and devices that support this normal audio input. Unfortunatley, the Apple iPhone 3G has it's own connector so you would need to have an adapter to make headphones like the Purebuds work with the iPhone.

2. Do the Purebuds earbud tips fit in your ear?
The Purebuds come with three interchangeable tips. They give you custom sound for Bass boost, Full range audio, or surround sound effects. The Bass boost and full range audio tips are designed to fit in the ears. The surround sound tip was designed to rest on your ear, but not in the ear to help deliver the spatial audio effect.

3. What is the return policy of the Purebuds?
The Purebuds come with a risk free try it for 30 days return policy. If you don't find the Purebuds deliver you a good listening experience you can return it for a full refund.

4.  Why are the Purebuds earphones so innovative?

5. What is ‘REVERSE SOUND’ technology?
This is a new design of earphones that changes the traditional structure. It is a new invention in which the speaker unit is positioned opposite the side of the ear canal.

This ‘REVERSE SOUND’ technology provides an outstanding natural surround effect and also significantly reduces ear discomfort when using these products as it does not fire sound directly at the ear canal.

6. How do the Purebuds deliver such pure music & safe sound?

When wearing the Purebuds earphones, the main body is arranged with the rubber ring (as an ear cushion) positioned in the ear canal, and the speaker unit facing opposite to the ear. The main body is then designed with the acoustic chambers to allow the reverse sound waves from the rear end of the earphone to flow back into the ear canal and then mix with the sound wave from the rear end of the speaker.

This outside audio flow has a physical delay in relation to the audio flow from the rear end of the speaker thereby creating a pure music effect & safer listening experience.
